We’re excited to combine the long-awaited second half of Turtle Creek Estate with the eclectic luxury of an interior designer’s estate at a location in a warehouse just north of the Design District! We’ve been talking it up—this is the best of the best, and we have an incredibly beautifully curated sale for you this holiday weekend!

What an opportunity it is to shop two truly unique estates from a warehouse perspective! Our Summer Estate Sales are here, and oh boy, are they sizzling! Start your holiday celebration early this Independence Day and join us in Northwest Dallas. We’ll be conveniently located just off Interstate 35/183 (if you know, you know!) on the first weekend of July.

From ethnic to traditionally classic styles, true antiques to vintage furniture, and religious to Mexicana collectibles, we have a superb ladies’ luxury designer wardrobe and so much more! This beautiful estate sale has a lot to offer, and we’re here to share it with you. So, bring a good friend or two to help out, and come early!

As always, please make sure to map the address in advance, just in case there isn’t prominent street signage—Dallas street sign ordinances can be tricky! Come by to browse or just to say hello to the gang! There’s something here for everyone, and it all has to go!
